Usage & Fan Activity Information

When you use FanVoyage, we may collect:

  • Away matches or events you check into

  • Miles traveled (calculated from check-ins)

  • Perk tier, achievements, and participation status

  • Participation in activations, fan meetups, or on-site experiences
     

Location Information

FanVoyage may collect approximate or precise location data when required to:

  • Validate fan check-ins

  • Confirm attendance at matches or activations

  • Prevent fraudulent activity

Location data is collected only when relevant to features you choose to use and may be limited to the duration of the interaction.

Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect:

Data Sharing, Sales & Partnerships

FanVoyage may share or sell certain data as described below.

Leagues, Teams & Approved Partners

We may share or sell aggregated, anonymized, or de‑identified data, and in some cases limited personal data, with:

  • Major League Soccer (MLS)

  • National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL)

  • Clubs, teams, sponsors, and other partners approved by MLS or NWSL

This data may include:

  • Age ranges

  • Gender

  • Zip code or region

  • Travel patterns and distance

  • Attendance and engagement metrics

  • Perk tier or participation level

We do not sell personal data in a manner that would reasonably allow direct identification of an individual fan without appropriate safeguards.
 

Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, analytics, authentication, or customer support).

Legal & Compliance

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of FanVoyage, our users, or others.

SMS & Account Security

FanVoyage may use SMS messages for account authentication and security purposes, such as delivering one-time passcodes during login or verification.

Phone numbers used for account security:

State Privacy Rights (California, Virginia & Colorado)


California Privacy Rights (CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), California residents have the right to:

  • Request deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

FanVoyage may sell or share personal information as defined under California law, including information related to fan demographics, engagement, and travel activity, with:

  • Major League Soccer (MLS)

  • National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL)

  • Clubs, sponsors, and partners approved by those leagues

This information may include age range, gender, region, attendance activity, and engagement metrics. We do not sell personal information with the intent of directly identifying or contacting individual fans without appropriate safeguards.

Virginia Privacy Rights (VCDPA)

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), Virginia residents have the right to:

  • Access personal data we hold about them

  • Correct inaccuracies in personal data

  • Delete personal data provided by or obtained about them

  • Obtain a copy of personal data in a portable format

Under the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), Colorado residents have the right to:
